Before your visit
A few simple policies keep appointments calm and on time for everyone.
Policies
Deposit
A $25 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. It goes toward the cost of your service on the day of your visit.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the deposit.
No-shows
Missing an appointment without notice forfeits the deposit, and a new deposit is required to book again.
Late arrivals
There's a 10-minute grace period. Arriving later than that may mean your treatment is shortened or rescheduled so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
Payment
Payment is due at the end of your appointment.
